Color is used in the 3D and Image panels.

Color appears in the ArrowPrimitive, CircleAnnotation, CubePrimitive, CylinderPrimitive, LinePrimitive, ModelPrimitive, PointsAnnotation, SpherePrimitive, TextAnnotation, TextPrimitive, and TriangleListPrimitive message schemas.
